Ring in the New Year at Meridian with a special one night only, chef driven tasting menu. This special experience features seasonal ingredients and bold, creative dishes from our very own Chef Eduardo Osorio.
The evening highlights exclusive dishes like King Crab with Caviar, Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, and a 40 Day Aged Ribeye. Guests will also enjoy house made brioche with artisan butter, Duck Cappelletti, and a decadent dessert of Banana Miso Ice Cream.
