The evening highlights exclusive dishes like King Crab with Caviar, Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, and a 40 Day Aged Ribeye. Guests will also enjoy house made brioche with artisan butter, Duck Cappelletti, and a decadent dessert of Banana Miso Ice Cream.
