Water Aerobics

Join us weekly at The Village Dallas for a fun and refreshing Water Aerobics class. This 45-minute, all-levels workout takes place in the pool and is designed to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility while being easy on the joints.
Class runs from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM, with check-in beginning at 6:15 PM. Please arrive early to secure your spot and get settled before class begins.
Be sure to bring your swimsuit since the class takes place in the water, along with a towel. Towels are also available for rent for $5 if needed.
After class, feel free to stay and enjoy the pool or head inside to grab dinner.
This event is open to both residents and non-residents of The Village Dallas.
