What services does the concierge provide?
The Village Concierge provides personalized assistance to make everyday living and special moments effortless.
Services include:
- Village restaurant and shop reservations: Assistance securing tables or shopping appointments, along with top restaurant recommendations tailored to your preferences.
- Special event bookings within The Village: Coordination of birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, or private gatherings.
- General property information: Guidance on Village amenities, events, and policies to help you navigate the community.
- Transportation assistance: Support with scheduling airport drop-offs/pick-ups, car rentals, and local transportation needs. Current pickup and drop-off available on Village Main Street.
- Housekeeping, dry cleaning, and auto detailing service assistance: Help arrange preferred service providers.
- Special requests & customized experiences: Thoughtful enhancements or personalized experiences (additional costs may apply).

Can the concierge assist with event planning?
Absolutely! The concierge works alongside The Village events team to assist with planning birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. Services include venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
How do I submit a concierge request?
Concierge requests may be submitted through the request form on this page. Providing detailed information helps ensure a timely and accurate response.
How will I be contacted regarding my request?
Most requests are handled via email. Depending on availability, the concierge can also communicate by phone or in-person meeting.
The concierge is based in the Drey Hotel lobby but may meet elsewhere on Village grounds when appropriate.
What are the concierge hours of operation?
How far in advance should I submit a request?
Advance notice is encouraged, particularly for high-demand dates or special occasions. Same-day requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
Is there a cost for concierge services?
There is no fee to submit a concierge request. Any costs associated with third-party services, experiences, or enhancements will be communicated in advance and are paid directly to the vendor unless otherwise specified.
Can the concierge recommend things to do in Dallas?
Yes. While services focus on The Village, the concierge is knowledgeable about the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area and is happy to provide curated recommendations beyond the community.
Does the concierge offer printing services?
Printing services are not provided directly by the concierge.
Printing within The Village is available through PrintWithMe, a third-party, paid printing service located at the Village Country Club. Users must create a PrintWithMe account, upload documents, complete payment, and retrieve printed materials directly from the printer location.
Are there limitations to concierge services?
While the concierge strives to be accommodating, some requests may fall outside the service’s scope due to availability, policy, or operational considerations. When possible, alternative recommendations will be offered.
