The Village Concierge is a personalized service designed to enhance your living experience at The Village. Our team is here to take care of the details, providing the convenience, amenities, and attention you deserve as part of our community.
How does The Village Concierge work?
From the moment you call The Village home, our concierge team is ready to assist with a variety of needs, from everyday requests to special arrangements. Whether it’s for something quick or ongoing, we’re here to make your life easier and more enjoyable.
What are the concierge hours of operation?
The concierge is available from 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We will contact you with any requests made outside our operating hours as soon as possible.

What types of services does the concierge provide?
Our concierge team offers a wide range of services, including:
- Village restaurant and shop reservations, along with top restaurant recommendations

- Transportation assistance (e.g., airport drop-offs/pick-ups, car rentals)
- Housekeeping, dry cleaning, and auto detailing service assistance
- Special requests & customized experiences (additional costs may apply)

Can the concierge make reservations on my behalf?
Yes! The concierge can secure reservations and book experiences within and beyond The Village.
Is there a cost for using the concierge services?
Many services are complimentary for residents. However, certain premium services—such as ticket purchases, personal shopping, and transportation bookings—may incur additional costs. These will be communicated before confirmation.
Can the concierge assist with event planning?
Absolutely! The concierge works alongside The Village events team to assist with planning birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. Services include venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
How far in advance should I make a request?
For general services, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. For high-demand reservations (e.g., fine dining, special events), it’s best to book at least one week ahead.
Can I make a same-day request?
Yes! While the concierge will do their best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability may vary depending on demand.
Can the concierge customize experiences for me?
Definitely! We tailor services to meet your unique needs, whether it’s organizing a private dining experience, planning a surprise celebration, or creating a curated itinerary for a special occasion.
Can the concierge arrange pet services?
Yes, we can help with pet daycare and grooming through Wag N’ Bone, The Village’s onsite pet boutique.
Can the concierge provide recommendations for activities in Dallas?
Absolutely! We have insider knowledge and can provide recommendations for the best attractions, events, nightlife, and hidden gems in Dallas.
How do I pay for concierge-arranged services?
Payments for services will be processed through a secured payment link, and you can use either a credit card or bank account.
What is the cancellation policy for concierge services?
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Some bookings, such as tickets or restaurant reservations, may have non-refundable policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Can I request services for guests or visitors?
Yes! The Village Concierge can assist with requests for your guests, such as arranging parking, visitor services, or recommendations for local activities.
Is tipping required for concierge services?
Tipping is not required.
